Dr. Ofer S. Dubinsky, Ph.D.

Dr. Ofer Dubinsky is a senior pharmaceutical and biotechnology expert with over three decades of leadership experience in quality control, CMC, analytical sciences, and biotechnology manufacturing. He is the founder and senior consultant of Bio-Pharm Knowledge, where he advises pharmaceutical and biotech companies on quality systems, laboratory design, operational excellence, and regulatory readiness. Prior to his consulting career, Dr. Dubinsky held multiple senior executive roles at Ferring Pharmaceuticals and Bio-Technology General, including Senior Director of Scientific Affairs and Senior Director of Quality Control. He has been an active member of global due diligence teams supporting international product evaluations and strategic decisions across multiple regions. In parallel to his industry leadership, he has served for many years as a lecturer and academic supervisor, contributing to professional training programs and academic biotechnology education, and has authored numerous scientific publications and conference presentations.
